Hi there,

It's really critical that I get Get Satisfaction connected to Jira. I have set up the url, email and password on the Integrations page (and tested those separately to check they are valid). But when I click 'Export to Jira' on a topic, it causes an error There was an error exporting your topic (404 Resource Not Found).

Could you please offer some advice?

Hi Elaine - did you go through all the steps in the Jira configuration guide?

Hi Peppe,

Thanks so much for the speedy response! I didn't even know this existed - is it linked within the Get Satisfaction help or on the integrations page?

The page you sent doesn't say you need to install the plugin to Jira first by the way, but I have done that and managed to create a ticket in Jira!

Is there any way we can get comments on each system to be posted to the other system?

Thanks
Elaine

Hi Elaine

I'm only familiar with Jira On-Demand, but I assume you're working with an on-premise version since you had to install the plugin separately?

As far as I know, further replies on the GetSat topic are not pushed to Jira, but comments in JIRA do get pushed back as replies in GetSat.

Hi Peppe

Yes we have a local install of Jira. I can see the comments going from Jira to Get Satisfaction now thanks.

Where's best for me to raise requests for improvements to this feature? For example, I'd like comments from GetSatisfaction to get to Jira as well, and I'd like to see the Jira ticket reference in GetSatisfaction too.

Thanks
Elaine
