With today's newsletter (new website, investor, etc), I'd like to highly suggest that GS improve its mobile interface. The Satisfaction Remote code is very much out of date, and as is no longer works when a user login is required. Worst, it takes the mobile user *away* from the app -- breaking the usage continuity. Very bad UX. It seems GS itself should undertake a more current development rather than rely on an unmanaged, inactive open-source project. Plus, we need it for more platforms -- Android and Blackberry. Or make the login and topic mages mobile-optimized. Something. I like GS and have been paying for over a year, but your lack of attention (or even response to queries) on the mobile front is both frustrating and alarming.
