Get Satisfaction needs better mobile tools

With today's newsletter (new website, investor, etc), I'd like to highly suggest that GS improve its mobile interface. The Satisfaction Remote code is very much out of date, and as is no longer works when a user login is required. Worst, it takes the mobile user *away* from the app -- breaking the usage continuity. Very bad UX. It seems GS itself should undertake a more current development rather than rely on an unmanaged, inactive open-source project. Plus, we need it for more platforms -- Android and Blackberry. Or make the login and topic mages mobile-optimized. Something. I like GS and have been paying for over a year, but your lack of attention (or even response to queries) on the mobile front is both frustrating and alarming.

Hi Craig - Thanks for posting these suggestions. We do have this in our current product roadmap and we will certainly update the community when we get closer to launching mobile improvements.

I see we can build GetSatisfaction into an iPhone app ( but can this also be achieved for Android apps?

For Android, ideally there is just on GetSatisfaction app and other apps use intents to show the feedback form...

I have a problem when moderating using a portable device such as my iphone.
User names that are unnecessarily long such as a trouble maker/troll/spammer:

Takegivenbeast X111: The Fail of NOOBS!

The delete button is hidden under the time log causing the delete button not to work because these user names are far too long.
Is it really necessary to allow such long user names?
I think there should be a text limit.
Here is a picture of an example.
I find the only way around this is to unfortunately delete or archive the whole topic in an emergency especially when it contains vulgar pictures.
Its a problem for me as I moderate 50% of the time this way while on the go.

I need the GS webapp in android. The webapp for iPhone is ok... When will be the same webapp for android? and for blackberry, windows phone etc?

This issue is critical for my company... if there isn't android webapp then GS can not be use on my corp... :S
