Google Apps Integration Failure - How do I link to existing account?

I installed the Get Satisfaction app on the Google Apps Marketplace for our domain. Unfortunately, when I try to configure the application, it asks me to create a Get Satisfaction account - offering nowhere to link Google Apps to an existing Get Satisfaction account.

This problem is being experienced by other users, nested in a benign-sounding topic:

I'm repeating Geysa's previous comment as a reply so I can promote it to the top of the page to help others who have this same issue:

In order to link your community with your Google Apps Domain, you would simply need to:
1) type the community name in the create new community flow. This would detect that the community already existed and try to link it.
2) be logged in as the admin of the community. You can only link the community we need to make sure you have the right privileges for it.
