How does GS determine what topics to include in Frequently Asked

We've pre-populated our community with about 100 FAQs. I notice that almost all of them (if not all of them) are returned when I select Community:Highlights "Frequently Asked". How does GS decide what gets included?

Thanks for your question. The questions that appear in the "Frequently Asked Questions" area of the Community Highlights tab are the three questions that have have the most +1's from community members. You might look at this area as highlighting the three the most common questions as voted on by your community members.
