Please remove https://getsatisfaction.com/prezhack. Only after signing up I found out that private communities are only a feature of the enter4prise version. So, it's of no use. Sorry!

We're happy delete your community for you, however, we're unable to do so while your premium account is still active. The premium account will shut down at the end of your current billing period which is 3/23. This means you still have access to your Start Plan features until then. We can remove search engine indexing in the meantime. Please let us know if you'd like us to do this. We'll then make a note to remove your community on 3/23.

Very disapointed in GS. I was very excited to possibly offer this service to my customers but your policies are terrible for my business.

Can you delete https://getsatisfaction.com/swagimate?

I accidentally created a new account instead of linking my current account.

I'd like it to get deleted then I can simply create it again and link it with my current account instead of creating a new account.

Hi Sara. We're actually unable to archive communities with active accounts. Your account will cease to be active at the end of your billing cycle on 3/14 and then we can add the redirect for you. This means that you still have access to your premium features until that time. We can remove search engine indexing in the meantime and reinstate you as an Admin Moderator. Do you have a community on Get Satisfaction or just a user account? You can close your user account at the bottom of the Account Information page in your user profile. I can go ahead and take care of that for you but I'm trying to understand if you also have a community that you need removed. If you do have a community here that you need removed, please give me the link to it or name of it so I can find it for you. Thanks!
