What up? I'm not happy with support from drawsomething. I almost regret buying the game.

When I was signing into getsatisfaction i thought it was through drawsomething. I didn't realize it was a different company. I'm not at all happy.
do you store my information?

Actually, I regret it all. It's (this game) is more trouble than it's worth. I will be surprised if I actually hear from someone.

Hi Fred,

I'm sorry for any frustration you are experiencing. Hopefully, I can clear up some confusion about signing into Get Satisfaction. Many companies and services use our site and platform to connect with their customers. The DrawSomething support community is one of the many communities hosted on our site, as you may have seen.

The employees you will be dealing with at https://getsatisfaction.com/drawsomet... are actual DrawSomething employees who can help you with any game-related issues. I see you recently posted there and someone should follow up with you soon - it's a very active and helpful support community!

As for information stored on our site, we do have the email address you used to create a Get Satisfaction account stored. This information is kept private and will not be shared with anyone. You are also free to close your Get Satisfaction account at any time. You were merely asked to sign into Get Satisfaction because the DrawSomething support community is hosted here.

I hope I answered your question and that you can resolve your game issues soon at https://getsatisfaction.com/drawsomet.... If you have any other questions or concerns about using Get Satisfaction, we can help you out here.

Thanks,
Amy

If it's any consolation, DrawSomething EXPLODED with popularity. No company expects the growth they saw in such a short period of time. Support is really difficult to do effectively and even harder to gauge what you need for your client base.
