MY dissatisfaction with DrawSomething and getsatisfaction is pretty big.

What up? I'm not happy with support from drawsomething. I almost regret buying the game.

When I was signing into getsatisfaction i thought it was through drawsomething. I didn't realize it was a different company. I'm not at all happy.
do you store my information?

Actually, I regret it all. It's (this game) is more trouble than it's worth. I will be surprised if I actually hear from someone.

If it's any consolation, DrawSomething EXPLODED with popularity. No company expects the growth they saw in such a short period of time. Support is really difficult to do effectively and even harder to gauge what you need for your client base.
