No email notifications whatsoever

Guys...

When I add a new topic, or someone comments on the ideas, I don't get any email, they don't get an email, I don't get any kind of notification. I find this very frustrating, since I've tested other feedback tools, and all of them emailed me every time there was any update. I like Get Satisfaction very much, but this is a serious issue for our company, and without these updates we can not afford to get the tool, since we won't be able to monitor our customer's responses.

Hi Julia,

So sorry to hear that you're also having trouble with email! I just took a look at our email service and it shows that we are sending you messages, but your email client host is rejecting them as spam. Can you try adding us to your approved senders list and see if that helps? I would add both noreply.teclainternet@getsatisfaction... and noreply.mandic@getsatisfaction.com to the list.

Hi again Caty. Please, would you be able to inform me the IP address and FROM of where he noreply@mandic.getsatisfatction.com.br is coming - we changed the URL - because it's being blocked by our IT team and we need that for them to approve the sending. Thank you very much.

So I think I found the IP address... I'm going to email it to you (address associated with this account) from my personal email account for privacy reasons. Let me know if you don't get my email & if the IP address doesn't work!
