More than likely, you've been unable to look at the Internet within the last 3 weeks without hearing about the changes Facebook has made to their brand pages. But on the off chance you've been vacationing on a remote area of the Caribbean for the past 19 days with no WiFi or cellular data coverage... you lucky thing, you... I'll go ahead and fill you in. :)
The big bomb that dropped across the social web on March 1st was that all brand pages on Facebook will be converted to the new Timeline layout on March 30th. I know that sounds a little crazy and chaotic, but it's a really good thing! What Facebook is doing with Timeline is actually great for brands. As our own Jeff Nolan says

The new ability to have customers message you privately will help keep sensitive information off of your brand's page. Cover photos, the ability to customize your company's history, featured apps and the ability to feature content in Timeline will all help humanize your organization and make your customers feel more comfortable with your brand.
