That app currently has problems and shouldn't be listed there.

Yes, Kris - you are correct about the lack of support for that product. Developing a robust and supported mobile application for Get Satisfaction is currently on our roadmap and we'll be sure to post in the community when we have more information and dates.

Hey Kris, We just released a public beta of Get Satisfaction Mobile today -- a mobile optimized web solution. We updated the page you referenced above (http://getsatisfaction.com/explore/mo...) in the process.

how do we enable mobile for our site and/or products? I tried going to our support page via a few mobile devices and got the main site, not a mobile optimized version.
(ipad2 & samsung epic android).

Hey Ivan!

When I visited your community on my iPhone 4, I was able to see the mobile optimized version. Right now, we only support mobile for iOS on iPhone and iPod devices. We don't yet support Android or tablets, which is why you weren't able to see a mobile version on either of those devices. What is the ETA for Android? it's almost the same webkit browser as iOS so it shouldn't be a big deal. This is extremely important for our community to have android mobile access!

Hey Brian,

We don't have an ETA to share on Android at this point, but it's definitely important to us and is on the roadmap. Sorry I can't be more specific right now. Although Android uses webkit, it behaves more differently than we'd like given the framework we're using. So we still have some bugs to work through before releasing support there. Sorry again for not being able to offer a date as I know that's what you're looking for.
