Problem with Gamification counts - FROZEN?!

Recently there seems to be a serious problem with gamification on the Quicken GetSat site. For the past few days it seems like the counts have frozen...

For example, my profile shows:



BUT if you look at the leader board, it shows that my count is still increasing over the past few days:




Also, many new users posting are showing 0 as their points but users should be starting with at least 70 pts if they are new and posting a question. See examples:

Yep experiencing the same thing on our Community.. I've also noticed our Self Service % is stuck on 0% in the Analyze dashboard.. not sure if that is related or not?

Check your All Time Leaderboard scores. I think those are still moving, and are the only things that are; even the 7/30/90 day scores have stalled.

At least, that's what I'm seeing.

Yes, that is correct. I was going to point that out. That is the only thing that is moving...but totals everywhere else seem stalled.

Ah, it looks like Stephen changed the rubber band, and the cogs are moving again; my totals now all agree with the All Time figure once more..

How about yours, smayer97, and is your Community healthy again, Rav?

Rubber bands indeed...all seems well again here, as far as this issue is concerned.

Still all OK this morning - glad the hamster jam is resolved, though quite how is all double Dutch to me :-)
