Typically in a forum you can post a main topic, such as "Legal Questions" and then users can post questions, ideas, probles, etc., as subtopics under that main topic. Is this an option with our paid account?

Hi Sherry Hale ,

Normally people have a variety of products for this reason to keep it in that section.
Its more an interactive support site for this reason in my view to solve problems and forums tend to be a community chat site at times.
I don't think this is possible at the moment but I could be wrong as the top plan is customizable to a certain extent.
Maybe an Employee can confirm?
I cant help but think this is also a "sticky" topic which you may want.

Hey Sherry. We don't offer the ability to post subtopics, and Bob's recommendation to use our products feature as well as tags might be helpful for you. If you have specific questions about how to use these features, please let me know!

I am interested in keeping your high level topics (Idea,Question,Problem and Praise) but allow site admins to create subtopics underneath each. For example, in ideas it would be useful to allow site administrators to configure a set of categories /subtopics that idea submitters could choose baed on logical fit. This categorization of ideas would allow my organization to better manage the customer idea feedback.
