Unable to add Private Category in Bulk

I am trying to bulk add a private category to conversations in the manage workspace. I have been able to do this for about 100. Now when I try to do it I'm getting a "We were unable to complete your request. Please provide feedback." error message.

My goal is to tag conversations with this private category so that I can filter by this private category in the future and then in bulk "archive" those conversations.

Hi Lucie Pinto, I archive quite a lot and it is glitch in bulk archives. It will sometimes hang and you'll have to refresh the browser window. I can only guess that other bulk actions may do the same. I usually just clear my browser history and try again.

Hi Lucie, 

I'd like to confirm some steps so we can try to reproduce this issue internally. I'm guessing you're ultimately clicking the checkbox at the top of the conversations list to select the 25 on the current page, and then clicking the "25" dropdown, choosing to add a category, and then choosing your archiving category? 

Prior to that, about how many pages deep are you in the list of conversations? For example maybe you're sorting them by last activity and starting with the oldest, on the last page? 

If you're doing something like that, perhaps try sorting it in the opposite direction so that you can start on the first page - this is just a guess but sometimes deep in pagination can cause performance issues.
