Unable to edit my response to a question in our community

If the issue still persists we will not be fixing it in the current application, so sorry! Our new platform will not have these issues as it's built on different architecture.

My response is long, and it's not rendering correctly when I view the page. When I try to edit, nothing happens. I've tried this in Chrome & Firefox.

So long as nobody has commented after you, you should be able to edit the topic. Can you send me a link to the topic & I'll take a look? Also, I'm happy to make any changes for you if you'd like if you give me the details.

The link is here . What I see is the yellow/highlighted response, but the entire response isn't captured within the highlighted area.

Thanks for offering to make the changes, but as you can see, it's a long response, and I really need to do an overall review and then edit.

Ahhh I see what happened. It's likely the reason why the formatting is so messed up is because there's some broken HTML in there. Even with my Super Admin tools, I'm unable to go in and edit it directly! My best recommendation would be to copy & paste the text, and then remove the reply and start over. If you let me know when you're ready, I can take care of removing the reply for you. So sorry for the inconvenience!
