Unable to import topics into Zendesk.

We are having trouble importing topics into Zendesk. Everyone on the team is getting the message: "We couldn't create the ticket".

Did something change?

Hello Caroline,

I know Zendesk is moving to HTTPS connections in a staged roll out. You may need to update the integration to use HTTPS. Nothing has changed on our side.

What community is this? Want me to take a look at the admin section for you?

I made a small change to the Zendesk integration for your community. I change HTTP to HTTPS. Can you give it a try now?
