Sorry about that! Last week we uploaded a brand new version of the video and apparently forgot to update this thread. Sorry! Here's the link to the new video:

I'm going to update the video in this topic right now so that future members aren't confused. Thanks so much for pointing it out!

Thank you for your answer. I still have the same private embedded video on the 'highlighted page' on my community... I have been able to see it. But please change it there too (and whereever it also is ;) )

I noticed that the facebook page plugin had a custom image... I'm trying to figure out how to do this but the generic get satisfaction keeps showing on my facebook page.

I was able to add a custom header to the facebook forum though

You have to change the custom image tile from Facebook itself... not through the Get Satisfaction for Facebook app. Here's the steps to take:

1. Go to your company's Facebook page, and click the down arrow button (located on the right hand side of the page tiles).

2. Navigate over to your GS App tile, and click on the pencil icon. A drop down menu should appear... click "Edit Settings"

3. A modal window will pop up. Click on the "Change" link next to the line that says Custom Tab Image.

Then follow the onscreen instructions to upload your new image! :)
