We have the Integrate plan, but we don't have this functionality. Did something change?

So, that feature was turned off for your community but I've turned it back on. Sorry if this has inconvenienced you, and please let me know if you have any more trouble with this!

What level of plan do you need for Private Tags to be enabled?

We have connect, but I can't see this functionality.

There is no plan called integrate on http://getsatisfaction.com/plans

Hi Stewart. Integrate is an old plan that we don't offer anymore and private tags are only available on our Enterprise Plan.

Hi, I thought my new community (Bitcentral) was on an enterprise plan, but I don't see the User-Defined fields. Can you check for me and if I need to create a login for you just let me know. Thanks, MJ

Hi Mary Jo!

The UDCs are not always setup in our backend by default for enterprise. I have added them to your account. Thanks!
