When I remove a company or product association from my account, the icon still appears on my profile.

As the title says, once I remove a product, it still shows on my profile, as illustrated in the following screen shot:

This bug is an off-shoot of this topic, but this is a new issue. The company/product is getting removed from your profile, but the information on your dashboard/profile isn't updating due to a caching issue. Our dev team is aware of this and once it's been fixed we'll let everyone know.

We're hoping to address this in the next version of the member dashboard, which is a ways off (taking a back seat to improving the Management View and internationalization). We need to make sure that bugs get appropriately prioritized, so while this may be annoying, it's not seriously effecting the functionality of member accounts.

oh boy. I'm also involved in a software project and if our developers would work at that pace a) the project would be dead b) the developers would get fired.

If you're not able to fix it than simply hide the icons. I don't want to see icons of a product I don't follow - it's that simple. And I don't think your customers find that a great idea aswell.

I am still having this problem. My dashboard is showing 5 companies, even though I have removed 3 of them from "products and companies you use." Can you please clear my cache, or whatever needs doing, to remove the other 3 companies from my public profile?

Thanks for posting. It doesn't look like this issue ever got addressed by our engineers, so unfortunately at the moment we can't clear the products from your page. We are working to redesign our app, including a new version of our profile pages. This will definitely be addressed when we release that update to our app in the next few months, but it is unlikely we will fix this bug in the current version of our app. Apologies for the inconvenience in the meanwhile.
