Once I updated my OS to windows 10, my WYSIWYG disappeared. I've confirmed with my colleges who have Windows 10 and they don't have any problems. My computer was also completely wiped so my cache is cleared and everything. My main browser is Chrome. Any ideas?
Hi Amanda, I just wanted to confirm if you are on a touch screen PC or not? If not, have you tried another browser? This is has been reported to us with Win 10 in Chrome (it seems to be intermittent for some users). Our team is aware of this issue, but we have been unable to pinpoint why this only happens on Win 10 for users so this is still something we are investigating into.
I was also experiencing this issue with Chrome when I updated to Windows 10 (PC), around the same time that Amanda did. I switched over to Firefox, but as of today, my WYSIWYG editor is missing from Firefox as well. IE seems to work fine.
So far, I have cleared my cache, and completely restarted with no luck. We had some issues with our community loading last night and this morning. Now it loads fine, but when it does, it won't let us search or click anything. It just refreshes the page. I'm not sure if that's related to this at all, but thought it might be worth mentioning.
