zeeksupport.zeekrewards login problem

I cannot login to http://zeeksupport.zeekrewards.com/login when I hit sign-in it takes me to the zeekrewards site, I tried signing in but it does not take me back to the community. Before this it would take me to a popup and I signed in and hit enter and it would take me back to the community. It has been working fine since it went private, but starting last night about 4pm mountain time I can't sign on.

Unfortunately I don't have any new news that I can share with regards to the login problems. We still have not heard back from Zeek Rewards' team and will reach out to them again on Monday. I did some research this afternoon and found this blog post that you might be interested in. It was published by Paul Burks (CEO of Zeek Rewards) and it was posted at 3:50pm Eastern Time: Pre Weekend Update

The post does address some concerns around hacking & payment problems, so I thought you might be interested. You can also post comments on it too. :)

You might also try getting in touch with Zeek Rewards with these options as well:

By chance, has anyone tried logging in to zeeksupport.zeekrewards.com via a Private Browsing Window (Firefox), an Incognito Window (Chrome), a Private Browsing Window (Safari) or Private Browsing Mode (Internet Explorer)? All of those options strip away all cookies/ saved passwords, etc., so I was wondering if it would help. I personally have not been able to test (I don't have a login to the Back Office), but was thinking that it might be worth a shot. If you are able to log in under one of these modes, please let us know.

Again I'm very sorry that you guys are not able to log in! I'll post to this thread just as soon as I have more news, but its not likely to be before Monday.

We just heard from Zeek Rewards and it appears that an authentication update on their end was causing the login issue. They've issued a fix, so could all of you try logging in and see if you're able to? The link to the Zeek Rewards community is: http://zeeksupport.zeekrewards.com/ze...

Post in their private community
Log in to: http://zeeksupport.zeekrewards.com and post your issue to the Zeek Rewards Support Team. If you're having trouble logging in to that site, please open a private browsing window and try again.

Give them a call

Zeek Rewards' Skype username is: ZeekRewards. To reach out via Skype, you will need to download and install the free Skype application on your computer.
