Changed reply in topic of Privacy, Protection & Blocking Trackers when signing in... by Bobcat to Hi Keen, Try unblocking the tracker Janrain and log in. Let me know if that helps at all. That particular tracker seems to be causing the issue for that particular website. Thanks! Best, Bobcat.

Changed reply in topic of Ghostery 5.4.9 does not work with Firefox 42... still! by Blender to Hello Paul! I would recommend the following steps: 1) Download an older version of Firefox (Firefox 41 is probably best). 2) This should allow Ghostery's options to be opened. Open them. 3) Go to the "Advanced" tab in the Ghostery window that pops up. 4) Make sure the box next to the phrase "Not ready for the new panel? Revert to the old menu temporarily (restart required)" is unchecked. 5) Click "Save" at the bottom of the page. 6) Install Firefox 42. That should fix everything. Just make sure not to switch to the old panel! Have a great day!.

Changed reply in topic of Bazaarvoice blocked after being whitelisted by Bobcat to Hi DanoTheOverlord,
Thanks for sending me an example.
So I tried this out on my firefox browser, and it is true that at first, Bazaarvoice does not show up when you whitelist, pause tracking, and allow the tracker.

However, I refreshed it again once and the reviews actually show up (Bazaarvoice module). Can you let me know which version of Ghostery are you using and also for Firefox?
Are you using the most updated versions for both?

Let me know :)
Thanks.

-Bobcat.

Changed reply in topic of Trackers with multiple categories by Blender to Hello Calum!

Trackers are blocked based on their primary purpose so you can allow those trackers which are used primarily for advertising. All you have to do is the following:

1) Click Ghosty.
2) Click the "Settings" or "Gear" button in the top right of the drop down box.
3) Click "Options".
4) This will open the Ghostery options in a new tab. Scroll down to the bottom of the first page on the new tab.
5) Make sure that the box next to the "Advertising" category is unchecked.
6) Hit "Save".

This will allow all trackers that are primarily used for advertising to run unimpeded by Ghostery.

Please let me know if you have any questions and have a great day!.
