"Click to play" overlay for Brightcove

The site uses its own "click-to-play" overlay. The result is, when you click it, Ghostery simply blocks the content instead of replacing it with the CTP Ghosty. So you can't e.g. click "Allow once and reload", you need to enable Brightcove, reload, watch, disable Brightcove.
