"Unknown malware" notice when opening ghostery and browser

Since installing Ghostery, every time I open my Internet browser, I receive this message from my internet security:
Unknown malware found in your browser
(Fingerprint: [f77a1b73])

Malicious routines have been disabled.

It is strongly recommended not to enter any passwords in this browser and not to perform any sensitive actions such as online banking until the unidentified malware has been completely removed.

To resolve the issue we recommend removing any malware using the G DATA boot CD. If the malware cannot be removed during a BootScan: G DATA
