100% CPU used when in Yahoo mail on Safari

when I am checking my yahoo mail this plugin freezes up safari, the spinning beach ball of doom shows up and when I check my computer stats during this problem it shows safari as using 100% of the CPU resources. it isn't caused by my other plugins. when I turn off Ghostery the problem goes away. I really like the idea of this plugin but please fix this major problem. Thank you.
