but I suspect it's quite rare. (Possible candidate for local monitoring?)

Naver is the leading South Korean website; think of it as their Google. There will probably be multiple Naver line items in Ghostery's database at some point, just as there are now for Google, Facebook, Yahoo!, etc. The URL mentioned is not a tracking domain — it appears to be a marketing page for first-party advertising, and, as such, is of no interest to Ghostery.

We could start with a known third-party integration.
