"Error #20001_14" received after using the "fix", AND even after I found your update link for IE 10!! Please help!!

Hi!
I love Ghostery, & have been using it on Firefox & IE problem-free, until IE 10 started "acting up" about 2-3 days ago. I went to your help site an hour ago and tried the "fix" that was available (un-installing, re-installing,& downloading from a 'special' link, etc.) but had no success. Then I found the "New Version" of Ghostery for IE 10, but both procedures failed to install my beloved Ghostery :( However, both attempts (that I tried 3 times for each one!) resulted in the following Message Box :

"Oops, something went wrong and the installation was not completed successfully (error #20001_14). Please check your internet connection and try again!
OK

After 2 more attempts, and also having NO problem with getting on any other website with either Firefox or IE 10, my only hope was to ask your experts for help.
