I think a great feature would be the ability to open, instead of a "Incognito" window, a "Ghost" window where all browsing in that window has all of the 'incognito' features of deleting cache, etc. but still has Ghostery enabled, specifically the tracker blocking. This is a feature I feel many internet power users would take advantage of.

You can already enable Ghostery in Incognito mode by going to the Extensions page (chrome://extensions/), and checking "Allow in incognito" next to Ghostery.
Ghostery automatically disables GhostRank reporting in Incognito mode.
