[Suggestion] Fix new Twitch Ads

Latest Twitch updates (May 15th maintenance) stealthily changed the manner ads are offered to viewers.

Instead of the flash window that used to pop out and you could close by clicking the X button, they managed to implement the most retarded and non-blockable full overlay type of ad.

The X button can't be seen and user cannot close the window anymore.

Plus, the new twitch ads are on a custom rotation, so let's say the 20sec pass, then the ad restarts and another 20sec pass, and so on.

Right now, the only way to bypass the twitch ad is refreshing the channel page.

Adblocker has implemented a special filter to @@||twitch.tv/ads/ads.js, but I haven't tested it lately.

And since I like Ghostery more, my suggestion would be:

- Implement a special (additional) function to manually place a block filter, a simple copy paste and save it as a custom filter.

Please update Ghostery and nuke the new twitch ads. I don't care about them, and most people don't either.
