what if you allow users to add new trackers? this way I believe you can also get trackers in other languages than English which I am sure is pretty difficult for your team to track them as well.

We need to see sites where these trackers are actually used. The only concrete example I have for fastclick.ir is www.alef.ir. Ghostery does not count outbound links; we're looking for scripts, iframes, images, etc.
