Adding Blueconic to the global block list

Is it possible to add Blueconic to the ghostery block list? It is being used by mostly large companies based in the Netherlands. This tracker/analytics tool is actively used for building up customer profiles and sending targeted ads

Three cookies are used to identify Blueconic:
BCPermissionLevel
BCSessionID
AWSELB

It is switched off when BCPermissionLevel is set to DO_NOT_TRACK
