I go any url and then do inspect element I see those .js file are active? This happens on my chrome.

I would try disabling DivX Plus Web Player, and seeing if that makes the problem go away. Next, I'd shut off RealDownloader. There's a good chance one or the other (or both) is(are) to blame.
