adstage.io ads and analytics not detected

I found a tracker called adstage analytics on cloudsponge.com, the url for the script is https://s3.amazonaws.com/adstage/adst..., the tracker then is called https://adstage-analytics.herokuapp.com/

I didn't find additional sites using the service, at least the service is used by adstage.io itself and cloudsponge.com
