Thanks for using Ghostery!

Which browser and version of Ghostery are you using? If you restart the browser, Ghostery automatically starts blocking.

Please let me know if you are still having issues.

I'm using Firefox 34.0.5 and Ghostery 5.4.1. The only way I can get it to resume blocking after pausing it is to restart the browser.

  Do you have any other extensions active? Dumb question.. but you have clicked the same pause blocking button and reloaded the page right?

  I also use adblock edge and betterprivacy. After pausing block I hit the ghostery icon and all that appears is a blank window. Sometimes clicking the icon doesn't work at all until I restart the browser
