Alert bubble shown but never dismissed with JavaScript disabled

Hi.

I use Chrome 29 (updated) with JavaScript disabled and the alert bubble is shown, but never dismissed unless I enable JavaScript back. I setted to dismiss in 3 seconds, but works only with JavaScript enabled.

It'll be better if, with javascript disabled, Ghostery do not show the alert bubble.
