Always gray ghost, Always "No trackers here"
Version 2.5.2. Icon always gray and always says "no trackers here". Was working,all settings are good.

Bob, we'v heard of the issue, but have not been able to trace the source of it.
Would you mind following the directions below and letting me know if this helps?
- Uninstall Ghostery
- open about:support and go to your profile directory by clicking on the button
- Delete folder named ghostery
- Restart Firefox
- Install Ghostery

bob, I'm really stumped here. At this point I either need to see whats happening on your machine (through remote desktop or something like join.me) or you may simply downgrade to 2.4.2 branch since it worked before?

downgrade did not work.Will try one by one disable of all other plugins.I that does not work,may try going ff back one.Don't make sense,was working.

went to download ff 3.6.14,and the stupid thing started working.

FF 3.6.15 had to be the problem.But it suddenly started working on 15 so i don't know.But,15 was giving me other problems as well.I reinstalled ff3.6.14,and all seems well with ghostery 2.4.2,but it finds no trackers on yahoo.com.That is not right,as there are always a couple there.
