I am trying to use my vision insurance website (vsp.com) and Ghostery is killing some of the website's basic Javascript functionality. Common features like paging through a multi-page display result fail. Disabling Ghostery fixes the problem. It's not a case of ads not showing up, it's a case of basic functions not working on the site.
The only thing Ghostery is showing as blocked is Webtrends on this site BTW.
Note that this is not the first time I have found your (usually) wonderful plugin the cause of website failure. What's bad is that it subtly breaks websites -- things like links and submit buttons on forms don't work.
Seriously, this is a big flaw. One that you ought to be able to detect and warn people about.

1Hi tim, thanks for using Ghostery.
The tracker causing an issue here appears to be WebTrends. You may unblock it and the site will work as expected; you may also whitelist it. In the next release of Ghostery we will have a lot more surrogate options, including one that covers webtrends. If you wish to test if this version would work for you, please email me and I will send you a beta. I could be reached at felix@evidon.com -
