appnext.com is a mobile app recommendation platform

Found a widget called appnext.com on a facebook scam page, this looks like a mobile app recommendation service.

the javascript url is admin.appnext.com/an.js, I found the widget on https://rajabeta.pw/follower/

I assume this is in the scope of Ghostery
