Avoid errors in console caused by blocked scripts

Hi Drew,

It doesn't seem worth adding redirects for all blocked requests to cover up a cosmetic issue.

I guess you're used to it, but I find most sites have a red error marker in the devtools now which is misleading. I can turn off Ghostery for the sites I maintain, but I still find this annoying :)

The problem for me is that I have already started to ignore the error flag, and so may miss knowing about real errors.

I'll let you know when we have our code up on GitHub so that you could fork and change request cancellations to redirects, if you wanted to.
