Blacklisting Sites to BLOCK ALL trackers

Create a method of blocking all trackers for specific webpages. There are some pages that trackers cause the page to slow down. I know one page where there are 24 trackers and Ghostery reloads the list every 5 seconds. Instead of block all 24 trackers, and having them block for every site, it would be great just to block them at said site.
