block all

I would like Ghostery to block all 3pes and all cookies unconditionally, however, after updates the new additions are not automatically blocked. As a result, I have to manually open Ghostery options and keep checking the boxes to ensure full blocking is enabled.

Can you add an option to block everything by default, unless explicitly excluded? Thank you.
