Block totango.com tracking?

I am not sure why totango.com ( "Monitor customer health and engage customers at risk to increase retention rates") is tracking me on a commercial site ... deep down in 'I am already a customer' territory.

Especially since the totango.com content was hung and causing page load to fail. Way to get my attention and annoy me.

I am immediately suspicious, of course.

Anyone know anything about them?
