Blocking necessary trackers from discount sites

Ebates and Upromise use trackers in order to apply their cash back bonuses to things in my shopping carts. It's easy enough to pause blocking, but it's even easier to forget. It would be nice if I could "opt in" to the trackers these websites use in one click, rather than enter them one-by-one into the whitelist--as there are many.
