Blocking was removed from all sites without me actioning the choice

After an update message from Ghostery this morning (May 1) blocking was removed from all sites and all trackers became active on my pages. I had to open Ghostery and
select blocking to action the re-blocking of trackers etc.

    Greetings Wannerb21,

Sorry for your issue.. could you give me more specifics?

When you opened your options page, where all settings unchecked?
Where you blocking ALL prior to the update?
You still got the purple alert bubble, but no trackers where crossed out? Bold White?

I'm assuming you are using Firefox? (If not.. which browser are you using?)
If Firefox, on the advanced tab, do you have the "Block New Elements by Default" enabled under Auto Update?
