Browsing History leaks out via Block Log
Even in Firefox Privacy Mode a history of visited sites is retained in Ghostery’s Block Log, which is available via prefs.js when Firefox is not running. There should be a way to disable this.

Benjamin, thanks for using Ghostery.
Tho block log is cleaned out on restart, I've moved that function into Firefox shutdown. An option to run the block log or not will be added in the future. -
