I'm looking to block a video player on some websites that use autoplay. The problem being, the same video widget is used elsewhere where I would like to see video.
Basically, can I create a rule that says, "Block [widget x] on [website Y]?" (Or, conversely, "Allow [widget x] on [website z]?")

Can you block a specific tracker on some websites, but not others?

Yes! Click the circle so it turns green next to the tracker you want to allow on that site. Refresh the page and you'll be all set. That tracker will only run on that site but continue to block as you continue to browse.
