Cannot un-whitelist sites in Firefox 14.0.1 (running on Ubuntu).

Repeated clicking of 'Whitelist domain' does not toggle the whitelisted status of the current domain.

It works the first time - to start whitelisting - but then does nothing next time it is clicked resulting in a permanently whitelisted domain.

Please advise.

I don't want to uninstall Ghostery (because it's great - keep it up!) but it's messing with my development work now that I've whitelisted a certain domain.
