Can't block Google Analytics

From this morning it has been impossible to block Google Analytics. I'm using Firefox 14.0.1 and Ghostery is up to date. I've repeatedly tried to block GA but to no avail.

Thanks for using Ghostery!

Are you unable to block on all URL's? or just specific ones. I am able to block it so I am curious about your pages.

Hi, I'm having the same problem on my Netvibes personal dashboard. I always block sites and when I am on this site today and click the Ghostery icon, there is no strikethrough of Google Analytics (only tracker on netvibes). If I click Edit Blocking Options a checked check box next to Google Analytics appears and it syays Start Blocking on www.netvibes.com. If I then refresh my browser, Google Analytics appears in the purple box with no strikethrough. I'm using Firfox browser v. 17.0.1 Please see attached images.

Hi Hugo,

Your Ghostery icon is Grey.. meaning you have either paused blocking, whitelisted that URL or you don't have blocking enabled in your options menu..

Can you check that out?

Hugo, you must have whitelisted this page at some point.

If the site whitelisting button says, Start Blocking on www.netvibes.com, it means that www.netvibes.com is whitelisted.

Sorry for the confusion - the next version of Ghostery's findings panel should have more clear site whitelisting functionality.
