Ghostery is preventing me from navigating all the way through Cisco's download site to get to software.
Error console shows the following:
Error: ntptAddPair is not defined Source File: http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/n...
Once I disable Ghostery, it works.

Unfortunately, some site owners integrate too tightly with 3rd parties they use on their sites. When this happens and you have something thats in use blocked, you are bound to see errors. In cisco.com case it appears that Unica tracker is responsible.
To avoid this issue, you may want to either unblock Unica or whitelist the www.cisco.com. Either will fix the issue you are having.Comment -
