Can't receive UserVoice Support

The Javascript that makes the "Contact Support" button work at http://help.hipchat.com/ is busted with Ghostery because of the UserVoice blocking. Although I have no desire to loosen up the blocking definitions, the ideal would be to allow people to submit support requests with UserVoice to a vendor (in this case HipChat) that uses them, and if things must fail they should not fail totally silently.
