Carbonite conflict

I like your program; however, it seems to create a conflict with Carbonite backup. When Ghostery is installed (confirmed by uninstalling and then subsequently reinstalling) it prevents the number of files and their size backed up and waiting to be backed up from showing -- that area of the Carbonite InfoCenter is blank! This occurs even without any additional web bug blocking enabled. Is this something that you can fix with an update on the Ghostery end, or do I need to do something on my end? Thanks for your help!

    Hello GhostRider, thanks for using Ghostery.

    Unfortunately, I do not have a Carbonite account to research with, and will look into getting one. You've listed IE addon in use, so unfortunately, for that addon, your only option is to temporary allow all bugs through, at least until the next release where we will add whitelisting.

    If you choose to move to Firefox or Chrome add-ons instead, then you may use whitelisting option. That option allows you to give by pass Ghostery's scanning and blocking on a particular web site.
