Change icon in menu bar based on status

Edit Subject

Change the icon in menu bar (apple safari) to red when it is 100% disabled, = all switcheds, orange when few are disabled and green (or black) when 100% enabled. Other information could be added, should think to more icons, for example, icon when a site is authorized... you get the idea :-)
